Yes. We offer free diagnostics for most computers, laptops, phones, tablets, and standard electronic repairs whenever possible. Gaming desktops and gaming laptops have an $85 advanced diagnostic fee due to the testing and disassembly often required.

Most diagnostics and repair evaluations are completed within 24 hours. Repair time depends on the issue, parts availability, testing requirements and repair complexity.

In many cases, yes, if parts are in stock and there is enough time to complete the repair before closing.

Parts sourced in the United States usually arrive in 1-7 business days. Special order or overseas parts may take up to 20 days.

Most repairs include a 30 to 90-day warranty covering parts and labor, depending on the repair performed.

Liquid damage repairs usually include a limited 1-week warranty due to corrosion and rust risk. Ongoing corrosion is not covered.

Yes, but installation labor is still charged. Customer-supplied parts are not covered under warranty, and we are not responsible if a part is defective or incompatible.

Store 1 is open Monday-Saturday 9 AM-6 PM. Store 2 is open Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM and Saturday 9 AM-3 PM. Sunday closed.

No. Walk-ins are welcome at both locations during business hours.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept checks, Zelle, financing or Cash App.
